NOL Why Veteran and Barbers 

NOL, through primary research, understands that Veterans and Barbers have the skills and willpower to accomplish its mission. A 2016  Huffington Post article entitled: Transitioning Veterans Common Core Strengths along with years of studying barbers and barber shops by  the NOL founder, produced the following conclusions:

  • Embrace life-long learning: Quickly grasping new technical and leadership knowledge

  • Being an immediate contributor - Proactively positioning yourself to be ready when needed
