NOL will host its pilot season in 2024 with teams in the East, Midwest, and South regions. The league will field teams in the counties that garner the most support. 

In season 2024, a minimum of two states from each region will be added to the league, and by 2025 the goal is to have teams in all 52 states.

Season 

A Season is a calendar year and consist of 8 months of playing and a full year of practice. 

  • Preseason                    2 Months                      July and August 

  • Regular Season            4 Months                      Sept thru Dec

  • Play Offs                     1 Month                        Jan (City, County, and State Championships Series)

  • National Champion      1 Weekend                   * Will take place in a min of 2 states. 

Teams 

Teams consist of a CMC, Assistant CMC and 13 Players 

  • CMC recruits one player from the age groups 12 thru 24 

  • Assistant CMC assists with transportation and facilitating productive practices 

  • Players recruit their network of teammates and supporters 

Conferences 

The 13 age conferences of the NOL are: 12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20,21,22,23 and 24

  • A conference is an age group that competes with the same age group across the US. 

  • Each conference will have a National Champion. 

Practice 

NOL practices are the core element for of fulfilling its mission:

  • Practice takes place five days a week and 2 hours a day.

  • Practices facilities are Barbershops, Hair Salons, Churches, Apartment Complexes and Mom and Pop Restaurants. 

Games  

Games produce the desired outcomes of the NOL 

  • Games are played seven days a week in the community, online, and via social media.
